Bundle 2.34.58 · October 15, 2026

• Customer email changes update Paystand. When you change a customer's email in NetSuite and save, checkout, receipts and Network Portal use the new address. It's on by default; to keep the address Paystand already has, check Disable Customer Email Sync to Paystand in Paystand Settings. Learn more
• Autopay waits when NetSuite is busy. If NetSuite is too busy to confirm an invoice before charging it, Autopay leaves the invoice eligible with a clear message and tries again on the next run, instead of marking it failed or turning off Autopay for the customer.

• Choose the subsidiary in the Virtual Terminal. For customers with open invoices in more than one subsidiary, Pay Invoice(s) first asks which subsidiary to pay and then shows only its invoices. Turn on Enable Subsidiary Selector in Virtual Terminal in Paystand Settings.

• Walk-in Virtual Terminal for counter and will-call sales. Take card and bank payments from walk-in buyers on a shared NetSuite customer without saving their payment methods. Staff see a dedicated Walk-In Payment screen, and each payment method is turned off right after it's charged. Turn it on in the Paystand dashboard under Settings → General. Learn more

• Autopay processed by Paystand: changes made outside NetSuite now reach NetSuite. If Paystand processes your Autopay charges, changes made in Network Portal or the Paystand dashboard (turning Autopay on or off, the payment method, the charge date) are copied to the invoice in NetSuite, and NetSuite records which system manages Autopay for each customer.
• Autopay charges invoices in a consistent order. Eligible invoices are processed in order of invoice number, so each run is predictable and easier to reconcile.

• SuiteCommerce: turn Paystand on or off separately for Checkout and My Account. Paystand can be on in web store checkout and off in My Account, or the other way around, and the Paystand tab in My Account can be hidden.

• Level 2 and Level 3 data for commercial cards. Paystand can send invoice details such as tax, purchase order number and line items with commercial card payments, so eligible payments can qualify as Level 2 or Level 3 transactions.

• Autopay for invoices without customer-level setup. Autopay processed in NetSuite can charge an invoice using only that invoice's Autopay settings, with no Autopay payment method on the customer.

Bundle 2.34.44 · August 20, 2026

• Choose which saved payment method Sync Tokens copies. When a customer has more than one saved payment method, Sync Tokens asks which one to copy to the customer's other subsidiaries. Learn more
• Fee journal entries show the payment number. The memo on Paystand fee journal entries shows the NetSuite payment number (for example PYMT46131) instead of an internal ID.

• Faster NetSuite pages. Records with Paystand buttons load faster, because Paystand loads non-essential information after the page opens and makes fewer calls while you wait.

• Payer names show the company name. Payers created from NetSuite customers show the company name in Paystand instead of the customer number.

• Clear message when deposits already cover a sales order. If a sales order can't take another payment because existing deposits already cover it, checkout explains why instead of showing "Checkout not available".

• Enter the Autopay payment method on the invoice. When invoice-level Autopay payment method selection is on, you can enter the saved payment method directly on the invoice, for example in an import.

• Choose single or split deposits for transfer reports. Check Split Transfer Report Deposits in Paystand Settings to break large transfer reports into several smaller deposits. Leave it unchecked to create one deposit per transfer report.
• Option to hide Add a Fund in the Virtual Terminal. You can remove the option to add a new payment method from the Virtual Terminal, so only saved payment methods can be used. Learn more
