Yes, you can take measures to prevent ACH chargebacks, such as ensuring that the account number is correct and that there are sufficient funds in the account before initiating the transaction.
You can also use our Bank to Bank network to take the payment instead, using this payment instead will avoid chargebacks. Using Bank to Bank allows the payer to login into their bank account making sure the correct account number is entered and that there is sufficient funds to process the payment.
