Issue

There is an error with the Invoice or the Invoice has already been paid or partially paid.

Resolution

Check the Invoice and verify the following information:

• The accounting period for this Invoice is open
• The amount due has to be higher than $5 USD 
• The invoice has partial payments and the remaining amount due is/or less than $5 USD.
• The invoice is set to the status "Eligible" for Autopay.
