How to reset a user's password on their behalf:
- Log in to NetSuite
- Select Setup > Users/Roles > User Access Reset Tool
- Input the User's email into the Email Address field
- Choose the appropriate reset actions based on the issue:
- If the user attempted to log in and 2FA did not work, reset only the 2FA.
- If the user attempted to log in and the password did not work, reset the password, 2FA, and security questions.
- Click Save
This process ensures the user regains access with the correct authentication credentials.
