How to pay all open invoices for the same customer at once in Netsuite

It is possible to pay all open invoices for the same customer at once using the Virtual Terminal inside NetSuite.

Using the Virtual Terminal in NetSuite.

1. Open the payer’s Customer Record in NetSuite.

2. Click this button Pay Invoice(s).

3. Select the Invoices you want to pay on behalf of the payer.

4. Click Continue.

5. Click Continue.

6. Select the fund you want to use for this payment.

7. Click Create Payment

8. Once processed, the payment and invoices status will change to Paid.
