Follow these steps to provide the Support Agent access to your NetSuite.
Generate a temporary password
1. Go to the Customer Record that was created for Paystand.
2. Confirm the email address setup and generate a new password
3. Share the email address and new password using a private bin https://share.paystand.mx/
