How to tokenize a payment method for Autopay

When using Autopay, one of the requirements is that the payer has to tokenize the payment method that will be used.

There are two ways to tokenize a payment:

Capture Payment Token button on the Customer Record

Use the Virtual Terminal to capture your payer's payment method by clicking on the Capture Payment Token on the Customer Record in Netsuite and save the banking information.

Additionally, a Paystand PayerId will be generated. For autopay to run successfully without errors, the customer record requires both a Payment Token ID and a Payer Token ID.
