The payer confirms they have processed a payment, why can I not find the Payment in Netsuite?

There are instances where the payer makes a payment and is not reflected in Netsuite.

Do NOT ask the payer to reprocess the payment again, this can cause duplicate payments.

If this is the case, please Submit a Request to the Support Team to have this issue resolved before asking the payer to process again the payment in order to avoid duplicate payments.
