Paystand Default Collection Plan

Your Paystand dashboard comes with a default collection plan which includes a series of  communications to be sent to the payer on specific dates. See image for reference:


Paystand Default Collection Plan is non-editable. This means that you cannot make any changes to the frequency, wording, attachments or any other of the features of this email chain. Note that customers or invoices will not receive the emails unless you assign the plan to a customer or to an invoice.
