I see a successful payment reflected in Paystand dashboard, but not in Sage

There are two possible solutions you can try:

1) Sync your receivable

  • Click on the receivable
  • When customer information appears, click on sync transaction.

2) Fully sync your dashboard

  • Click on Integrations
  • Scroll down to Sage Intacct
  • Click on Full Sync.
