Inactivating and Deleting Email Templates

To remove an email template from template lists, but preserve it for the future, check the Inactivate box on the relevant template record page.

Deleting Email Templates

  1. Go to Customization> Forms> Transactions Forms
  2. Click the customize link for the transaction type to add a template to 
  3. Select the template from the email message template list
  4. Click Save
