Admin access gives full permissions in the Paystand Dashboard. Both Clerk and Admin users can request an upgrade to Admin.
Important
- Admin access provides full control, including bank updates and user management
- Requests must be reviewed and approved by existing Admin users
- Paystand schedules a verification call with the user for security purposes
Requesting Admin Access
Submit a request to Paystand Support, specifying which user needs Admin access
Support will send an email notification to all current Admin users
This email informs Admins that a new Admin request has been received
If any Admin user objects, they must reply to the email to deny the request
If Admins users agree, Paystand Support will schedule a security verification call
Paystand schedules a verification call with the user who made the request
On the call, the user must present a valid Driver’s License to verify identity
Once verified, Paystand Support updates the user’s role to Admin
What to expect
- Paystand notifies all Admin users when a Clerk requests Admin access
- Changes are only made after Admin approval and security verification
- The role change is completed once the requesting user’s identity is verified
