The Logo Redirect URL feature in Checkout V5 allows you to enhance your branding and user experience by linking your logo to a custom URL. When enabled, payers who click on your logo during the checkout process will be redirected to your preferred homepage or website.
This simple configuration helps reinforce brand trust and gives your customers an easy way to return to your main site directly from the payment page.
Configuring the Logo Redirect URL
1. To set up the redirect, go to:
Dashboard > Integrations > Payment Experience to configure the redirect settings.

2. Click Edit on the Payment Experience you want to update.

3. Scroll to the section labeled Logo Redirect URL

4. Enter the full destination URL, ensuring it includes the full prefix:
Example: <https://www.merchantwebsite.com>

5. Click Save

Payment Experience Behavior
Once the Logo Redirect URL is configured:
- The logo displayed in the Checkout V5 experience becomes clickable
- When a payer clicks the logo, they are redirected to the specified URL in a new browser tab
- This functionality allows merchants to reinforce brand visibility or guide payers to helpful content such as a homepage, support page, or custom landing page
