Acumatica Settings Form

The Acumatica Settings Form is required for the Paystand Implementation team to complete your integration with Acumatica. It includes five key sections:

Completing this form before your Kickoff call will ensure a smoother and faster implementation of your Paystand and Acumatica integration. Please review the following for details on what’s needed.

Company Setup

  1. What release version of Acumatica are you using?
    (e.g., 2024 R2)
     
  2. List the name(s) of the company(ies) and/or branch(es) we’ll be connecting to in both environments (Sandbox and Production).
     
  3. Provide the default subaccount values you want Paystand to use for each company.
     
  4. Will your customers be allowed to make partial payments on invoices and sales orders?
    (Yes / No) 

User Access

  1. Create a new User Type called “Paystand User Type” in each environment and assign the following roles:
    • Assign appropriate permissions
    • Confirm User Type is created
       
  2. Set the User Type’s Login Type to “Unrestricted” and confirm that the above steps are completed.
    • Confirm step complete
       
  3. Create a user named “Paystand_User” in each environment.
    • Email: implementations+YourCompany@paystand.com
    • Password: Set to never expire
    • Confirm user creation
       
  4. Assign the “Paystand User Type” to the new user.
    • Confirm assignment
       
  5. Provide the following access details for both Sandbox and Production:
    • Environment URLs
    • Tenant Name
    • Branch Name
    • User Credentials (can be shared securely via Paystand Share Tool)
    • Paste the generated link here: _____________

Email & Branding

  1. List the email address you would like customer-facing payment emails to be sent from.
     
  2. List the email addresses of your internal users who need access to the Paystand Dashboard.
  • Please note which should have Admin access.

12. List any team members who should be notified before any customization is pushed to Sandbox or Production.

13. Provide branding for checkout and email experience:

  • Email From Name
  • Company Logo (PNG, ≤1MB)
  • Background Image or Hex Color Code
  • Button Color (hex code)
  • Header/Bar Color (hex code)
  1. Complete email domain configuration by following instructions here:

General Ledger (GL) Setup

  1. Create a GL Account for Paystand’s Clearing Account using these specs:
  • Account Number: Alphanumeric (e.g., 1010)
  • Account Name: e.g., “Paystand Cash Account”
  • Account Type: Balance Sheet
  • Enter GL Number: _____________
  1. Provide GL Accounts for the following categories:
  • Convenience Fees
  • Incentives
  • Merchant Fees
  • Refunds
  • Disputes
  • Adjustments
  1. Specify the Bank Account ID(s) from Acumatica where Paystand should deposit funds.
  • For multiple companies, list each with corresponding bank account IDs.

18. Define Fee Pass-Through Structure:

  • What % and/or fixed fee should be passed to payers for card payments?

Testing & Final Configuration

19. Set up test conditions in Sandbox and Production:

  • Create a test customer named: Paystand Test
  • Post five $2 invoices under that customer
  • Confirm this step is completed
