How to brand your payment experience

The Payment Experience is the checkout page customers use to pay their outstanding invoices online.

Create or Edit a Payment Experience

You can personalize the Payment Experience to suit your needs, including:

  • Using your logo, colors, and background
  • Enabling or disabling specific payment methods (Bank-to-Bank, DeFi Card, ACH, and Credit Card)
  • Applying a Fees & Incentives Plan
  • Allowing partial payments on invoices

Fees & Incentives Plans

You can create multiple plans to manage fees and incentives. This feature is useful for passing on fees to payers, adding fees to card payments, and encouraging the use of lower-fee payment methods by offering incentives.

To create a new Fees & Incentives Plan:

1. Click the Create New F&I Plan button at the upper right. 

2. You will need to fill in the following information:

  • Plan Name: Enter a name for the billing portal.
  • URL Key: Add values to the URL link.
  • Payment Method Settings:
  • Enable or disable specific payment methods
  • Add percentage or flat discounts for specific payment methods
  • Set as Default: Checking this box applies the plan to all customers and Payment Experience portals without a currently assigned plan.
