To view details for each customer, click on the row of the desired customer.
In the customer details page, you will find the following:
- Statistics about your customer
- Lifespan
- Lifetime value
- Average monthly payment
- Manage payment methods
- Edit or Remove saved payment methods
- :Add new payment method token
- Capture token manually for ACH or Credit Card
- Request token: Send email to the payer.
- Contact information
- ID
- Address
- Primary Email
- Secondary Email(s)
- Receivable settings for customers
- Set or disable AutoPay / Collection Plan
- Filter all the customer receivables (invoices)
- AR Advance
- Create payment: Charge an instant payment to the customer using a saved payment method.
- Request payment: Create a payment request by sending an email.
