Customers can be imported into our system via CSV file using our import feature or can be automatically created when importing receivables assigned to non-existing customers in our system.
We offer three options in the Import Customers window:
Import tab
Drag and drop or select your CSV file from your file explorer. Note that we support CSV files up to 10 MB in size.
Import History tab
View import logs that include errors if the import wasn’t successful. Import logs are accessible for 60 days.
Column-Mapping tab
Matching columns from your external CSV file to the corresponding fields in our dashboard. This mapping process ensures that your data is accurately aligned with our system. It only needs to be done once, at the very beginning of the implementation process.
- A single mapping schema is allowed per Merchant account.
- We have some Customer required fields marked with an asterisk.
Export Customers
You can export your created customers by clicking the “Export Customers” button.
