When you sign up, please remember that your access to open tickets and requests is linked to the email address used for registration. If you've registered multiple tickets under different email addresses, you'll only see the ones associated with the email used for your Help Center account.
Your account provides visibility into inquiries registered under that specific email, streamlining your support experience.
Sign up to Help Center
1. Click Sign in
2. Click Sign up.
When signing up, remember that your access to open tickets and requests is linked to the email address used for registration. If you've registered multiple tickets under different email addresses, you'll only see the ones associated with the email used for your Help Center account.
3. Enter your Full name.
Enter the email address linked to your pending tickets and requests.
Click Sign up
4. You will receive a link to create a password in your email inbox.
Please check your Spam folder if you're unable to locate the email.
Click Close
5. Enter the email address and the newly set password, then click Sign In.
6. Once logged in, your name will appear on the top right of the screen.
Managing and Reviewing Tickets and Requests
1. To view your tickets, click on your name in the top right corner.
2. Click My activities
3. Navigate to My Requests or Requests I'm CC'd On to oversee and handle your requests. "My Requests" includes tickets opened using your email address.
4. Requests I'm CC'd On encompass tickets where you are CC'd. You have the ability to add more information and check the status of pending requests.
5. You can include more details and monitor the status of pending requests.
