You can upload a contract file directly in the Paystand Dashboard to keep your customer records complete and accessible. Uploading a contract allows your team to store agreements in one place, link them to customers, and reference them when processing payments or managing account activity.

Uploading Contract file
1. On Paystand dashboard, click Customers

2. Click on the name of the customer

3. Click Upload a Contract
Things to know
- PDF files are supported
- Maximum file size is 5 MB
- Select a file from your computer to upload

4. Click Upload

Things to know
- Supported file formats include PDF and image files
- Uploaded contracts are only visible to Dashboard users
- You can upload multiple contracts to the same customer record
