If a customer has paid through Paystand via phone and I have entered and submitted the payment, will they be able to log in through the portal?

When you take a payment on the payer’s behalf, the payer doesn’t get the payment receipt email notification; thus, they don’t have a path to sign up to the payer portal, so the payer needs to be the one doing the payment to sign up to payer portal. If you are taking a payment on the payer’s behalf, please make sure to enter their email address so they can use the payer portal feature.
