There is an error with the Invoice or the Invoice has already been paid or partially paid.
Check the Invoice and verify the following information:
- The accounting period for this Invoice is open
- The amount due has to be higher than $5 USD
- The invoice has partial payments and the remaining amount due is/or less than $5 USD.
- The invoice is set to the status "Eligible" for Autopay.
